NS Super Frame Method
The steel structure is almost 100% recyclable! It achieves comfortable living conditions that are warm in winter and cool in summer.
The "NS Super Frame Method" is a construction technique that optimizes performance in fire resistance, sound insulation, thermal insulation, and durability through a hybrid wall and floor structure. The weight of the structure is about one-third that of reinforced concrete, allowing for resource-saving in construction materials. In many cases, direct foundations that do not require piles are used, and the factory production of structural panels (structural face materials + steel + insulation) enables shorter construction periods. Additionally, by completely covering the steel and living space with insulation, thermal efficiency is improved, leading to reduced heating and cooling costs. 【Features】 ■ Minimal changes over time and reduced maintenance costs ■ Easy layout changes with large structural sections ■ Excellent sound insulation from external sources and adjacent rooms ■ Confirmed excellent seismic resistance during the Great East Japan Earthquake ■ One-hour fire resistance certification obtained *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
